Lyfestyle account and data deletion
Fastest route — in the app
Open Lyfestyle → Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate. Use the form below only if you no longer have access to the app.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and authentication identity
- All photos you uploaded as source images
- All AI-generated images saved to your gallery
- Your credit balance and full credit ledger
- Your subscription identifier and entitlement state in our records
What we may retain
Anonymised, aggregated statistics (e.g. total registered users) may be retained indefinitely as they cannot identify any individual. We may also retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. Any such retained data is anonymised and cannot be linked back to you.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your Lyfestyle account does not cancel your Apple subscription. To stop being billed, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions and cancel from there.
Request deletion via email
Enter the email associated with your Lyfestyle account. We'll verify and process your request within 7 days.
